At Chanrey Tree, we believe all visitors to Cambodia should have the chance to experience authentic Cambodian home-style cooking and the flavours unique to this magical country. With this in mind, our passionate chefs have scoured home kitchens and popular local market stalls across the bucolic countryside to discover diverse and rare Khmer recipes passed down through the generations. Our mission is to bring these culinary delights to an international audience as well as to reunite young Cambodians with their own food heritage. We take these dishes to the next level, using premium produce and ingredients and presenting them creatively. We also work closely with local farmers and communities to ensure that we are as socially responsible as possible.
